We love staying at Royal palms, great location and love that it's right next to the state park! Jason's place was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would love to stay here again ☺️

The view from this room was amazing!!! We managed to see dolphins every morning during our stay! Jason was very responsive when I had questions. We will definitely be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was easy to find and loved that it was a first floor unit next to the elevator. It was nice and quaint and the space was just enough for me. I made use of the kitchen and it was definitely a positive that it has direct beach access. The bed was comfortable. Would definitely book again in the future.

My husband and I came for a weekend getaway. This place was perfect. Clean and also very quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The view was absolutely amazing. Neither one of us wanted to leave. We will definitely book this room again.

Jianjuns place was exactly as described. Easy checkin, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved that there was a balcony with view of the ocean and close to all restaurants and attractions. Anyone looking to come to orange beach should look into staying at Jianjuns rental.

The condo was just as described. I'm not a huge fan of elevators so being on the first floor near stairwell was a plus. There were several guests staying at this particular place and not once did noise become an issue. I would stay again!

We have been to many different condos in Orange Beach and Gulf shores throughout the years. This one by far fits in our budget due to late planning and saving for a Disney trip next months.. The condo was smaller than what we are used too but again, price was good. We were there for 6 days so we believe it was worth it. We had a corner beach/ocean view at the 5th floor and it was beautiful. While the paint choices and paint job, and furniture could be better, it didn’t bother us at all. The condo was clean and perfect for 6 people. 4 adults and 2 kids. The microwave did hit the fridge a little but we were able to heat things up. That didn’t bother us though.. Many big pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils were available for us to use.
The building had a small indoor and outdoor pool. We visited mid-July and not many people were in the area or next to us. However, a few condos down (bigger/taller condos) had alot of people. We enjoyed the smaller, more peaceful time here.

Beautiful view. Clear instructions for check out. There was a small minor inconvenience out of either one of our control but he was attentive to the concern and responses were prompt. Great access to beach. Which was not crowded In the area at all. Walking distance to the pier. Would love to come back and stay again.

Jianjun was a great host! Always communicated and responded to me quickly, friendly, and professionally. The condo was very cute and a great location if you want to be right on the beach!

This places absolutely perfect for my family! Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the beach access and pool. Great location close to everything. Host was amazing and very accommodating
