House Rules
HOA rules prohibit pets, smoking, parties, and events. Guests must not engage in any behavior that disturbs the peace of the surrounding community. This includes but not limited to excessive noise, excessive visitors, illegal activities, or vandalism. The total number of guests staying in the property, regardless of age, must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed to stay in the property without prior written approval. Violation of any of these house rules, may result in immediate termination of reservation without a refund.
Other Details to Note
The condo has easy access to 28 miles hiking/biking trails. The Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail is within walking distance. Gulf State Park Interpretive Center provides complimentary bikes free of charge. There is also a bike rental across street from the condo. Bedroom TV is a Roku smart TV in guest mode allows guests to stream using their own apps (Netflix, hulu, HBOMax, Amazon Prime, etc.)

Sugar Beach Condominium is in the center of everything you would do. It's right on the white sand beach, in the middle between The Hangout (Festival) and Florabama. Across the street, you will find the Southern Grind Coffee Shop, Ron Jon Surf Shop, and The Pier House. The Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail and The Gulf State Park Pavilion are less than a mile away. Publix, Rouses, and Walmart are all within 5 miles. The onsite Sugar Shack is open during the summer months where you can purchase hamburgers, sandwiches and drinks.
Guest Access
Parking Notes: Sugar Beach requires parking passes purchased on-site from the guard shack. They are $35 each and good for the entire stay.
